Kenneth Ballom
Dean of Students
Ken Ballom came to the University of North Texas to serve as the Assistant Dean of Students. As Dean of Students, he directs administrative departments within the Division of Student Development, which include the office of Disability Accommodations, Greek Life, Commuter and Non-traditional Student Services, Women's and Volunteer Center, Recreational Sports and Student Activities and Organizations Center for Student Development at Research Park.
Ona Tolliver, M.Ed.
Associate Dean of Students
Ona Tolliver is a proud alumna of the University of North Texas. While at the University Ms. Tolliver has supervised the Student Activities and Organizations Center, Greek Life, Women's Center, Volunteer Center, and the Off-Campus and Non-traditional Student Services office. As Associate Dean of Students she has also served as advisor to multiple student organizations including the Student Government Association. Ms. Tolliver oversees various departmental initiatives and assists students with identifying resources and resolving issues.
Claire Medina
Administrative Assistant
Claire Medina serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Dean of Students Office. Ms. Medina also works closely with Greek Life, Volunteer Center, Student Activities Center and the Commuter/Non-Traditional Student Services office. Ms. Medina also provides assistance to students wishing to schedule outdoor space, and academic classrooms for student organizations. Ms. Medina is a valuable resource for students providing guidance related to critical University issues.
